What’s so special about pangolins? Did you know that pangolins are the only mammals that have scales! Because of their scales, they can survive a lion attack. Pangolins can live up to 20 years, and less. There are lots of pangolin breeds, like the  Indian, Sunda, and Philippine pangolins. And four in Africa like the Black-bellied, White-bellied, Giant Ground, and Temminck's Ground pangolin. Pangolins eat flies, termites, and ants. Baby pangolins are called pangopups, and are born with soft white scales.
