Country of the Week: Latvia                                                                       11/1/25

    Have you ever heard about Latvia? Well if you haven't it's a country in Europe. Latvia also has Europe's biggest waterfall stretching over 249 meters long. Some popular foods are cream mushroom soup, pelekie zirni ar speki which is made up of cooked grey peas, fried onions, dried speck (it's a type of meat) and some bacon. Some fun facts about Latvia is that it's home to the first pair of jeans, and invented the first spy camera. I hope you learned something new about Latvia!
