Cavod Dance Nights
Connie Deinner is the founder and the Executive Director of Cavod Performing Arts. She has started a Christ centered community where people can come and feel safe, cared for, and share what has been going on in their lives. Cavod has two locations, one in Manheim and one in New Holland. Several kids who go to Catalyst, also do classes at Cavod. Which helps them to improve in their faith in Jesus after the school day. The biggest way kids do this at Cavod is through dance. In which they get to express themselves and do what makes them happy. Other ways students may also express themselves is through acting, music, and summer dance camps.
Cavod has been a home to both kids and grownups, and the teachers there love to see everyone grow throughout the year in their faith. Finally by the end of that time learning and growing in their skills, the students get to participate in a Spring Dance Concert. In which they can show what they have learned and how their lives have been impacted throughout that year with Cavod.
